Kirby - Cub Program the Whole Year 'Round

Cub Day

Time: Saturday, November 8th, 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (registration at 8:30)
Cost: Cost for the event is $7 per cub and free for adults if registered by October 31st. Lunch may be purchased for $3.00 for participants who've not brought their own.
Registration: Register by calling Bucks County Council, BSA 215-348-7205
Program: The theme for this Cub Day is "Sports". Your cubs can earn Ultimate Frisbee, Flag Football and several other belt loops.

Tiger Extravaganza (Held 11 Oct 08)

Time: Saturday, October 11th, 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM (registration at 8:30)
Cost: Cost for the event is $10 per person if registered by October 1, $12 at the door. Includes program materials and a barbeque lunch for all.
Registration: Register through your Cubmaster or by calling Bucks County Council, BSA 215-348-7205
Program: This day long orientation will provide you with information, resources and training so that your Tiger Den gets off to a GRRREAT START! A full program of games, crafts and activities is provided for the boys while you get all your questions answered and purge the “New Leader Willies”Learn Songs and Cheers

Cub Scout Resident Camp - "The Wild, Wild West" (2008 Theme)

The cornerstone of the Cub Camp Scout Resident Camp Experience is Camp Kirby. As part of this program, Cub Scouts and Webelos experience a three night or six-night program packed with activities most Packs can't match, including archery, BB shooting, outdoor skills, ecology handicrafts, swimming and other activities that take place in the outdoors.

Three night Traditional Sessions are for all Cub Scouts including Tigers, Wolves, Bears, and Webelos 1. However, Boys going into Webelos II are encouraged to attend an extended session, which has more advanced activities, including using wrist rockets (slingshots) at the range!  All youth and adults attending camp must bring a current health form. A doctor's signature is required for those age 40 or above or anyone staying for Webelos extended sessions.
